Refund/Exchange Policy:

We take pride in our desserts and cakes. On a few occasions a year we have an unsatisfied customer. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, please notify us immediately (within 1 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your dessert to us. We will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept everyday cancellations by phone or email. All changes must be handled directly with a manager and confirmed by one of the owners. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority, and preparation of the order.

Charges for cancellations after the above time will be 100%. It is entirely up to our discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer. Special orders (Highly Decorated Cakes) that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or availability will be taken back to H&C Bakery and stored until further notice from the customer.

Should you require a future delivery date, you will be held responsible for an additional delivery charge. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake, baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the due time and you will NOT be refunded due to the above rules.

Please note that this Policy and the price list may be subject to modifications and change without notice.

Disclaimer:

H&C Bakery reserves the right to post photographs/ images of any of our work on our website and other social media sites (with the exception of images showing the faces of customers without their prior written permission)

For your satisfaction, we ensure that you always get food delivery according to your requirements. Our return and refund policy enhance the trust of our customers in our determination.

Wrong order

Our management team ensures that you get the right food delivered at your place. However, if you get the wrong order delivered, then, you can simply contact us and let us know. We can make suitable changes in the transactions and provide the right food.

Bad food

Though we always cook/make our food with the freshest ingredients, we feel that it is our responsibility to provide assurance regarding the bad food. If you feel that the food is in bad quality, call us and let us know. We will take care of the inconvenience and provide you suitable refunds.

Cancellation of the order

We are unable to provide refunds for the return of the food. Also, if you cancel the order after the food has been cooked, the cancellation is not acceptable. For more information, you should contact us at +880 1678511000, info@hncbakery.com

Payments / Cancellation / Refunds

 1. Online Credit / Debit Card Payments

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

2. Internet Banking

You can also pay for your order through net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account.

Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us.

Amendment and Cancellation policy

 You can cancel your orders anytime by sending us an email or phone call. Cancellations may be charged as mentioned in the policy. Please refer to specific amendment and cancellation policy for cancellation charges.

Refund Policy
The refund accruing shall be processed within 3-15 working days from the date of the cancellation. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque/Bank Transfer, Bkash, Rocket within a maximum of 3-7 day from date of cancellation.
